August 2, 2021On May 24, 2021, the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court of China adopted at the 1839th meeting the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Civil Cases Concerning Patent Disputes Related to Drugs Applying for Registration, which came into effect on July 5, 2021.
